The frames at 1:25 of phoenix and miles laying in their respective beds is the most haunting thing I've ever seen, the way Mia's hair frames her face, the way she and gregory have no facial features makes them seem so ghostly. And the way phoenix is just staring, blank eyed, it conveys so much emotion, you can tell he's full of regrets and that he's thinking about all the things he couldn't do and all the people he couldn't save. And the music??? I never thought a fiddle/ cowboy-esque music solo would be making me this emotional

this is aboslutely beautiful!!! words can't express it. My favorite shot has got to be either the parallel shots of them lying in bed, haunted by Mia and Gregory or Edgeworth, sitting at his desk , staring at the bloody trail of guilty verdicts. Phenomenal work!

theres something so wonderful about the way you pose your characters. i noticed it in particular at 1:25, when phoenix is laying on his back. they look..real. like, theres volume and weight and they feel so Human and Real. thats difficult to achieve in art, and i feel its even harder than digital, since unlike physical art, theres no texture of paper or canvas, no volume of paint or grpahite left by pencils.

Everything about this is devastating in the best way, but I think my actual favorite is the implication that after they found the note, Phoenix is huddling under Edgeworth's desk, bitterly wondering what he could have done while also telling himself it's over and trying to make himself not feel it anymore. Just one last shot to the heart before you go.

This is CRIMINALLY underrated, it is absolutely a top-tier ace attorney animatic. Ever single frame is so clean and beautiful, the song choice is amazing, it's just SO good. All the shots and transitions are AMAZING, and OH MY GOD YOUR EDGEWORTH DESIGN. Your art style is gorgeous, and him in particular I absolutely LOVE, his hair and is face and eyes and AHH. This has been one of, if not my favourite animatics for a good wile! Words cannot describe how much I love this style! Also that first frame with von Karma is absolutely splendid, I’ve been having that quote in my head for a few days and it’s meaning. If anything, so far I think it might be about self-destruction. Chasing something so far to end up falling in a hole witch you cannot get out. It’s oddly fitting for von Karma to say that to Edgworth, so now if anything I’m wondering in what situation would he say such a thing to him. I have feeling he would say such a thing near the beginning of Edgworth’s law career. All’s just to say that this is so good, it made me think pretty hard for quite a good wile. So if by some chance the person who made the video reads this, thank you for using a good chunk of time making this masterpiece, and I hope you have a wonderful day!
