Your fear of failure is stupid

The fear of failure has held me back for years now. For some strange reason I woke up today and decided I'd had enough of this feeling as the only way to truly fail is by no action at all.

I'm 27 and came to the same realization that doing nothing regardless of what's going on in life, is what's important. It's hard because of my health issues, but I completely agree with you. It is ALWAYS better to do something then sit there and do nothing. Even if you fail or have bad moments. It's all a learning experience. Keep up the videos

Go on man, you are cool and doing cool stuff. About fear, to be honest, fear is in human nature, came with the evolution, to protect us. Example frear from a strong animal is good, so people will now, shit I should avoid being eaten 😅

Did you listen to nick hall? He said fear is an emotion always in the future. Once somethinghas happened your not frightened of it anymore. Like fear of heights on a cliff. Scared of falling but you slip and fall off. Yer not scared of falling anymore you’re scared of hitting the floor 😂 its also shaped and changed by your perception. So ask yourself is it serving you. If not then dismiss it and reframe it. 👍

@@dj0men666 you're absolutely right and I've never thought of fear like that 🤔 fear is in essence a mechanism that tries to keep us alive. But instead of a fear of snakes, we fear modern day actions that don't cost us our lives 😂
