How can u make the podcast longer though
@andreyseas17 күн бұрын
I gave it a very long video and it generated a 60 minute+ episode. Try experimenting with the custom instructions and giving it large contexts. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

I've heard these voices before on another channel doing a similar demo, so I'm concerned about voice fatigue. Is there any way to mix up the voices? Are there multiple voices to choose from or can we connect this tool to something like ElevenLabs for new voices?

Someone in the NotebookLM discord suggested something similar as a feature. At the very least, it would be nice to have the ability to clone our own voices and replace them as a host. I'm sure they'll come up with something similar in the near future.

Enjoy the long format and chill vibe of your channel. Too much hype around AI right now. Concerning NotebookLM there’s a lot of potential but the underlying model needs improvement, too much hallucination and the responses are too general. The podcast idea is cool too but not practical imo. Too much preamble and filler talk.

Thanks for the feedback and valid points! Sometimes the podcast can get a bit repetitive too. It's definitely not perfect and you're right there's a lot of potential. Personally in my own use cases, I haven't noticed too many hallucinations. But it's always good to not rely on it 100% and verify. Good luck. 😀

@ agreed I still use it for summarization and love how you can easily load lots of diverse sources! Keep releasing content!

@@andreyseas BTW, NOTEBOOKLM was probably used to search through the 1500 page omnibus bill to find all of the hidden pork quickly. So both sides will benefit from NotebookLM.

Haha yes. I agree. Most likely its the interns using it. A lot of the law makers are too old to keep up with technology, as suggested by the Mark Zuckerberg hearing.
