oooh, this speaks to me to the core. the fomo part and feeling like you fall short to others. It's getting better though. And yesss, appreciate the important people in your life, all year long. I remember how FOMO pretty much dictated my every action as a teenager. It wasn't until I read a book on Zen that I learned that "no one Is keeping score" and one's toughest critic is one's own self. It's like you continue to run the rat race until you realize you're the only rat on the track. Cool audio Dreamy! LOVED IT!!!😊💚👍

Happy Holidays Dreamy! ☃ I really loved this one Dreamy! I always really enjoy it when you take some time with an audio to discuss a piece of human society or psychology. It's always nice to get one of your life lessons lol! I never thought about FOMO being part of an outdated survival instinct, but wow that really makes sense. I relate to feeling like I haven't done enough or got fully into the Christmas Spirit, but that's just due to how difficult this one has been. I really like how you show that the things we're afraid of missing out on aren't always the deepest or what we really want. The examples with social media were particularly apt and I really liked what you had to say about them. That introverted holiday sounds really nice! I hope you have a lovely holidays Dreamy!
