Thanks for this! Wish I had found you before now. I'm 74, still working in my small business which I love, but I lost a lot last year due to bad investments. So glad to hear you advise tithing! That is my first check paid every month. I'm now going to begin paying myself before other things.

My new favorite person to get gems from. Student of Tony Robbins as a teen to when I started my business. Now Ed just helps reinforce the habits that helped me be successful. With some decent wealth built, it's tempting to splurge on things that could put me in a downward spiral. His tone, cadence, life experiences - feels like a big brother watching out for us.

Ed, Thank you for another amazing wealth advice packed content. I had two of my teens in the car listening. I’m passionate about our youth gaining financial wisdom and freedom from early on. I learned at an early age I’m a entrepreneurial spirit and just didn’t know how to grow and retain wealth. I’m learning and grateful. Love and blessings to you and all here. I wish everyone here all the best ❤

Ed, you are very loveable, kind, sweet, friendly, positive, caring, humble, open minded, and everything in between! You remind me of my mentor, whom ironically, has a strong bucket list goal of talking with you on your podcast someday in the future. Your energy is always on point , enthusiastically speaking away your valuable words. I press repeat, quite often more than twice. As I can never get enough of your charming gems you pour out, with the inspirational confidence you possess!

One small thing that’s helped me huge is after I get gas I’ll leave my debit card at home. Now that’s only if I’m not puting myself in a situation where if I have an accident or emergency I’m in trouble without my card I just do that when I’m in town near home. It’s small but it helps

Thanks for this Ed. The debt rhetoric is getting out of control. Cash is still valuable and you’re absolutely right, cash in the bank does give you more confidence and peace. Leveraging debt has its benefits, but it shouldn’t be all you do for sure.

I'm curious: What are some things that you are doing to retire early? I've been a nurse for 22 years. I'm working with more agencies and local contracts, which has allowed me a little more $$$$ to clear debts and be able to invest. I'm studying to take my realtor license to transition into while working part-time or per-diem.

How can you help someone like me? I am a single mother of three children. I used to work four jobs, but now I am juggling two. Although I make a six-figure income, I choose to invest it overseas as developing countries offer higher returns compared to the United States. Moreover, my ex has been attempting to file for support, leading me to offshore investments to protect my hard-earned money. I aspire to launch a real estate business as I am exhausted from working seven days a week, barely having time to tend to myself. Being Filipino, I am exceptionally resourceful and determined to create a path to financial independence.
