When i had short hair i literally did nothing to my hair apart from dying my hair (very rarely) and using a bit of heat (and of course washing with shampoo and using conditioner and a mask) and it grew up to my waist in 2 years. Sometimes simple is better and you don't need to do all these fancy things and use so many products. But if there's an underlying condition which prevents you from growing hair past a certain point then maybe it's worth seeing a specialist. Or if it's just in your genes then maybe having a good hair routine could help but personally i found doing the bare minimum to my hair really helped with my hair growth journey. Also don't forget that having a balanced diet and drinking plenty of water really helps with overall hair health and hair products can only do so much if you're neglecting your diet and water intake. Keeping stress levels low helps as well because if you're constantly stressing about hair loss/shedding and why your hair isn't growing then it'll just make things worse. I guess it's also about trial and error in some ways, seeing what works and doesn't can go a long way in helping your hair grow to your desired length.

Reminder that you don’t need a crap ton of hair products for healthy hair. Find yourself a good leave in conditioner, and a hair oil if you want. Most of her hair is genetic

Yes, same. I have super fine hair that would just get weighed down. After showering I just do leave in conditioner, and then I have a hair oil for when my ends are extra dry. Two products, works great

Her hair is really pretty. But I see toooo many hair influencers. And none of them are professionals. Take what resonates. Everyone’s hair is different.

Hi! 😊 I've been following your new hair growth routine with great interest. My mid-lengths and ends are healthy and shiny, but the top is frizzy. 😩 Any tips to reduce frizz without making my hair greasy? 🙏

Hey Audrey, just asking for some hair tips (since you look like you know what you are doing and hate getting it off google) when I am on my hair wash days I use argan oil to oil my hair when it is 90% dry after my shower. I usually wait for 30 minutes if it’s late at night or more if it’s not. But when I go to bed and wake up my hair is very heavy at the ends (where I put the oil) and separates into little section on the tips of my hair but is still smooth. I was wondering if I am supposed to wait longer for it to sit or apply the oil before my shower for 30 minutes or more. Sorry for the long message it would’ve been easier to say but I can’t, anyway love ya Audrey and your amazing tips ❤️❤️
