What an amazing practice! I've never been much of an inner visual person. However, I was able to see my 1,3,5,10, year older Higher Self, and my 85 year old self. All in a semi circle in front of me. Incredible. I then thought what would be behind me? A semi circle of past version of Self, which I am a form of Higher Self to them. Powerful. Thank you 🙏

I can't express how I am feeling after this. When I was simply waiting for my higher self to show me symbols and all, my closed eyes led me to this black space with purple blur images I could see some drawings of idk a man a heart or smth and it was all so unreal like I was actually talking with her idk... A great one loved this. I now have this new sense of energy

What a beautiful practice. I have always sensed my higher/spiritual self whenever I’ve meditated but this time I truly felt them and still do now that the practice is over.
