She explained clearly what humility is. Humility is to act in line with our original Sanskars ( purity, kindness etc ) with sincerity, kindness, without any motive to get, but to give, to help, to serve others. I am always delighted when I listen to the sermons that talk about the dissolution of the ego because a person can only be truly beautiful when he or she is humble. The moderator looked so happy like a child when he recalled the sweet feeling when he help his friend light the lamp. Whenever I feel bad, upset, unhappy because of the issues of my life and try to find solutions to make me feel better and to solve problems, I bring back good memories of love, peace, joy that I have with others. Or I can imagine, visualize the scenes in which I can share loving kindness, gratitude etc.. with others, .( the qualities of our original sanskars) , then problems solved and I am happy again. Love is the best remedie. It is why Jesus taught us to love one another. Love is the quality of every soul and the fruit of the Holy Spirit that is God Himself.

The impermanence of life wakes us up from our lifelong dream in which ego is the main ...actor... Impermanence teaches us that nothing is permanent, nothing last forever in life. Me, Myself, I, mine, will come to an end . Then and then there will be true, everlasting joy and happiness. Buddha taught about impermanence not because He wanted us to be sad or to be pessimistic, but because He wants to help us see the cause of suffering( attachment) and the way out of suffering. When there is no more ego ( body consciousness),then there will be true love, true humility, true frienships.
