There was this girl in my class that was really shy and clumsy, everyone thought it was adorable and charming. But whenever I was being shy or was clumsy everyone thought I was weird or creepy. Only difference between the two of us was that she was physically attractive and I wasn't. Don't listen to me I'm just being bitter over the fact that no matter what I do my ugliness is always put first. Edit: nvm guys,, it was just a combination of me being hella insecure, surrounded by rude ppl, and also not being conventionally attractive

Same for me... It's literally hard for me to have a real life conversation with girls of my class because I feel like a weirdo... When someone else in my class gets overstressed and breaks on tears there is always like 2 or 3 people around them supporting but when I do people just ignores it and keeps on like if nothing was happening. And it's not like I'm not noticable for others. I feel like they see me as an agressive bad guy because of my appearence, in truth I just want to be like others and feel comfortable but I barely interact with other people than my closer friends and when I do I feel nervous and I have to make a serious effort to keep on with the conversation. Literally the only time I asked someone from my class (that is not one of my closer friends) to hangout NOT even in real life but playing together online they told me they couldn't and never talked again about it. And I dont even want to talk about this with my classmates because I feel that I would look like someone who just wants attention. I couldn't blame them though, there are sometimes that I actually look like I actually socialize pretty good. Sorry for making you read this giant text that turned out to be me talking about my personal stuff who doesn't matter to random people on the internet.
@semayraoneal83042 жыл бұрын
@@gat0anonimo you say it doesn't matter to random people on the Internet but I think sometimes, it's better to tell to somenone that you don't know rather than some people around you who don't even listen to you, cuz those strangers can be more compassionate. I've read your whole text and it wasn't boring, I even kinda understand you so do not feel bad about expressing yourself. I hope it relieved your stress or madness / took the weight on your shoulders away a little bit. I'm a person who'd like to help others but don't know how😂 so i hope, to know that you're not the only one who has those struggles, can give you the feeling of comfort, even if it's little. Don't listen to others, if they don't pay attention to you it's their loss. The first and most important thing is to know that YOU ARE an adorable, valid person and to know your worth. You said you have close friends and if they know your value, then that's amazing!! Love yourself 💜💜 And take care of yourself, cuz the most important person in your life is ✨YOU✨ hope you have a good day/night!!💜 * hugs from me*

As a person whos always been pressured, overworked, and stressed, all of these factors, 1-8, make anybody I meet instantly more attractive. Just throwing this out there. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish and have eternal life. God can help you with your problems, and he wants to start a relationship with you, for we are all children of God. He knitted us in our mother's womb, and made us in his image. He loves all his children very dearly and doesn't want them to go to h*ll. To start a relationship with him, all you have to do is believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. Then you'll have the eternal life card! 😁

Speaking from experience as a shy man, there are women that find these traits attractive, but I don't think it's very many. Another downside is even IF that's her type, a woman is very unlikely to initiate the conversation--it does happen, but it's absurdly rare. 7 years of being popular in School, Neighborhood and other places, I can tell one may find your clumsiness and other flaws attractive, but it doesn't takes you much far. The main keys points to be the Main character in everyone's story is:- - Be friendly to everyone, be it juniors, or senior. When I say everyone I mean Everyone including Fourth grade staff of your organisation too. - Be confident, Don't get driven by your peer circles decisions. State your opinions confidently. - Have a gentle and approachable personality with confidence that gives off the feeling that you are a very good person but not a pushover. - Start answering in class to make a better impression on teachers and professors. - Help out others with small things. ( I am NOT asking you to write their homeworks) - Start participating in Extra co - curricular activities. These are small changes that once put it practice will have a drastic impact on your personality and how others see you. In this era being confident in better than being shy. Being responsible is better than being clumsy and forgetful. In this era of rumours and badmouthing avoid saying things too personal or about someone. You won't know when your words will be twisted. Watch out and believe in yourself. Hope you find it useful.

To number 6. Although psychologically yes that’s true, I find it very attractive when a girl says “Sorry I shouldn’t talk to you about that.” It tells me she is a mature, responsible, and self controlled person with an understanding of what’s private and what isn’t. Not everything needs to be shared and knowing that difference isn’t a very common trait imo. Don’t get me wrong though being an open book is very inviting, just knowing the limits is also very healthy and very attractive.

The only difference is she's very pretty and I'm just mid. After many years of learning and constantly failing I finally learned to accept that I need help and I accept any support from my closest ones, I know it might sound silly but after being raised as a "tough man" letting the people I love know when I feel low feels like a huge step for me. It's good to stop wearing this heavy shield :)

this is interesting because I have often been seen as clumsy and the weird art kid in my class, and even though I am sometimes shy and socially awkward, this video makes me feel a lot better about myself. It really teaches you that you should and can be the best you that you can possibly be. Very insightful, good job!

Things my future significant other will hopefully like about me- *I'm Autistic, so I'm awkward, shy, and can get overwhelmed and frustrated. *I'm polite and courteous to a fault at times; I don't like to be the bad guy. *I like to keep things simple in every part of my life; from food, to clothing, to my lifestyle. *I am religious(but not to an unsettling degree) and do my best to stay humble. *I'm always the reliable one. *Although I'm nice and polite, I'm not a pushover. *I will gladly beat the ever-loving crap out of anyone who dares harm her, but I will do my best to resolve conflicts peacefully. *I'm always willing to compromise if possible. These are things I can think off the top of my head. There's more to me than this, but I think these qualities can give a good idea about me.

I'm the friend who everyone "bullies", and I don't think they know how unsure I am about myself. I have a letter from a friend saying how much she loves my confidence in being who I am, and that I inspired her to be herself. Sometimes, you just overthink and feel like everyone dislikes you, but there are definitley someone who actually look up to you. Just imagine a six year old, they would be flabbergasted over something as simple as spinning around in sircles.

I have a painfully swollen face right now and can hardly open my eyes, allergic shock. It goes away but looks horrible, the swelling is starting to heal and everything is blue around the eyes.. so really not perfect 😂 so as before! But it's nice to see that I'm not the only one who thinks that perfection is just one☝️option! Imperfection, on the other hand, has so many facets, so many variants, so many unique, lovable options! Don't focus too much on the outside, it's the first thing we notice of each other, but it's also the less important! Stay blessed!💋

Recently, I realized that I was an “oversharer” and I honestly felt bad about it because I tend to overshare things because I know that someone is listening to me. But yeah, despite being an introvert and not that much social to people, this characteristic of being an “oversharer” made it easy for other people to approach and be friendly towards me (which is actually nice). This video actually gave me a positive perspective about being an “oversharer” and I now feel better about it

Growing up I’ve always been a super nerdy person. However when I was younger, I was extremely shy about openly expressing my love for anything anime, Disney, and musical theatre related because most guys I had crushes on thought that those things were weird. Fast forward 10 years later and I’m more confident to share my interests with others. It’s even gotten to the point where crushes in my adult life have told me that they grew a crush on me cause of my openness to share my love for those things😊

I've learn the hard way that as humans we all have flaws and scars so that means accepting a person's downside is just as important as thier upsides. Problem with dating today is that people forget to expect that thier partners has flaws and sometimes that mind leads to looking for mr./ms perfect. There nothing wrong with standard but at the same time don't expect that "perfect" exist.
@luisiana11212 жыл бұрын
Especially when reflected with current trends such as K-pop, TV shows portraying perfect and absurdly good looking people, echo chambers and tik-toks displaying ridiculously unrealistic "couple goals" or "standards". This makes them forget that "good enough" exists and is ultimately enough.

I have all of these traits and it only "works" because of slightly above average physical attractiveness. Whenever I'm in a group with super attractive people I'm "a weirdo". Dating is all about looks and the more I think about it the more it hurts. Because I might miss so many opportunities with super loving gorgeous guys because they only date stunning women or I might turn down amazing guys because they're not attractive enough. Humans suck, myself included.

Confidence really is the key to being attractive, atleast it has been for me. I was born pretty deformed but my attitude towards my looks has always won the hearts of people I meet. I know I look funny and I embrace it. Even my username "Concave Man" is a joke about how I look. I've had people tell me before that my ability to laugh about my own imperfections helps them accept theirs. Laughing at myself even protected me from bullies and in most cases causes the bullies to make fools of themself. How can you bully a kid when his jokes about himself are better than yours? Often times I'd have everyone laughing not the bully and it would deprive them of the attention they were trying to get in the first place resulting in me being even happier while the bullies mad. You gotta learn to cut loose people not everything has to be as serious as you take it.

I have one where I always laugh at the stupid jokes. Everyone is my class just looks at me, confused. While im turning away trying to avoid their weird glances. Ive…kind of learned to like this, tolerate is probably the better word though. Something I want to teach myself would to be open for when I forget things. Im an extremely forgetful person, and wish im every way I could be more open to these small mistakes that impact peoples romantic feeling towards me.

I feel like we don't appreciate the animators a lot. As a shy person myself, I find it hard to open up to people. A lot. I feel like that's a good thing. There are the type of people who will exploit people who open up a lot. But I'm sure the right person will come along, someone who wants to know who you really are, whoever you may be, and someone who will want to spend every second with the greatest human being to ever exist. aka you.
