Awesome video, i just want to add up that you as you, real you isn't human, but something much more. It is human body and you are energy, divine force force guiding it, moving trough life. When you die you become aware of everything beyond 5 physical senses and few other nonphysical you have here on earth. Every limit you have is only in your head, made of beliefs in many many layers. Life is getting better and better energetically, vibrationally, that's why more and more people can do "insane" stuff. Imagine how, even years back, some people did feats that were considered impossible by all standards science set, yet it was done. But to get there, you have to go step by step and figure out how to remove those limiters mentally. Great example is Rock Lee from Naruto, 8 inner gates. What i mean to say whole life, all energy here is in a way your external teacher, you just have to realize it. There's a saying, mind over matter, but the thing is, mind is matter, all is energy and mind is one way of expressing that energy in many many many different ways. Word of advice, when you workout, take away music, take away all distractions and all external noises and just be with yourself. Listen your inner chat, overcome everything your mind throws at you instead of distracting it with music. It's like training with only 60% capability instead of 100% and beyond. Your are more capable than you think and subconsciously limiting yourself with distractions you aren't even aware of. I can see on myself, two months ago i couldn't run more than 10-15minutes, now i focus everything, my whole being on running. Also stopped smoking for same reason, because this belief was hard limiting my body. Now i can do uphill, downhill, straight for more than an hour. I do short breaks to breathe deeper for 30 seconds to rejuvenate body with oxygen then i move on. If you want be extremely strong, fast, flexible, you have to believe it in first place, otherwise you limit yourself with halfassed beliefs. Be awesome and good day to everyone who reads this. :)

Your videos I've seen so far have gone a long way in helping both my literary goals and have inspired and encouraged me w/ my 'personal fitness' as well. From normal functionality training methods, to even fictional and popular characters like Batman and Captain America, somewhat realistic, to people like Baki, not as popular and not near as realistic. Japanese style shows and comic books that don't follow physics and science, he's capable of showing how some methods and ideas can work to improve your body and health. I'm all for it and love it. One character that I'm interested in for you to do a video on is Ohma Tokita, with a fighting style that looks so functional and possible, and the capability of voluntarily increasing his heart rate to increase his speed, stamina, and endurance is a unique idea to me.
