2. Energise You (EU) - Based on the need of the hour, Vriin believes that we all need to move beyond just focusing on health and fitness. Individuals need to also energise at an intrinsic leval at their core. This increases mental and emotional capacity. The EU has helped many individuals overcome their negative beliefs, lead more peaceful levels and find contentment from deep within.
The EU is a holistic coaching and mentoring program that is based on spiritual guidelines. It covers clearing the space, empowering and harnessing the energy of the soul. Vriin has based the EU on all the learnings and personal transformation that she has herself witnessed. She calls this program ‘Khushi Jagruti’ meaning generating happiness. She believes that happiness is not something that is dependant on outwardly events and achievements but happiness is a result of the direct access to your soul energy.
