Loving your videos brotha and wealth of knowledge my question is more on the muscle building side while vegan with a high metabolism. I am 6’8 about 250 lbs but it is extremely hard to gain weight. I tried vegan about 2 years ago but was getting most of protein from beans causing a lot of gas and bloating. What would you recommend for someone with my build looking to go full vegan outside of supplementing please to gain weight and use as main source of protein?
