16 years old teenager here who suffers from anxiety and loneliness which have lead me to not want to talk and communicate with real people and rather staying home and trying to take this cheap fake of dopamine consuming lot of porn and lot of hours by playing video games and feel empty and depressed lot of times.Most of the time I am acting weird and angry to others even if I don't mean to.I don't want to say lot but I want to just thank you for your work and your willingness to help us by pushing us to make ourselves better.This video worthed every second of it you made me being in tears some parts you have earned a huge amount of respect from me. Now everyone that read this I suggest to forget and forgive yourselve for all the downside your life had maybe and start to live a life that you are proud of and stop thinking about everything bad or get anxious of the future(you are so concerned about what it was and what will be there is a saying“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery,but today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”,God bless you all.

@@Scarlet068same honestly I feel like I wasted my high school years being scared barely talking to people not having any friends because of it and it really took a toll on me cause I know this is not who I am. But I feel like the best thing I did for myself was face my fears with joining a sport it helped me open up a little and I was rotc those things made me feel like I belonged since I was lonely. However I can definitely say I have changed over the years I cut my hair off got a nose piercing and dyed my hair those things definitely made me feel better about myself and I feel like even though I wasted my high school years being alone I can definitely make it up now since I’m going to college and I have freedom I’m gonna try to make friends and join some activities. If not than I won’t pressure myself as long as I’m doing something with myself.

Now days it’s an everyday mental war, and I’m battling depression, but I just had a son and it’s helping me win more everyday. I’m in a rebuild phase from nothingness right now, but I believe I’ll be back. My wife and my son deserve a good life and a protector and I have to be whole and present in order for that to happen. Hey man I love your channel, and I can’t say nothin less. You only speak the truth, and even if it may not seem like the truth, it is. My long distance gf broke up with me about a week ago, and I’m kinda goin through it. She broke up with me because she was goin up to the lake for a few weeks, and she was gonna be with a few boys, and she didn’t wanna hurt me. She wasn’t gonna be able to talk much at all, because she was gonna be so busy, and in past situations, I always got mad whenever she was busy because we wouldn’t have time to talk. I always wished we could just have more time to text. She said she just wanted to be single for a while. I get her reasons, but having trouble just understanding. She’s the love of my life, I love her to infinity and beyond, she’s the sweetest prettiest most wonderful person I know. She felt the same way about me.She said we could try again later this year. I’m just strugglin man, I love her so much but it’s just hard because we can’t be together right now.

Idk what I would do without you Shimon. I have depression and I have been beside myself for a few days now. Your words are so healing to my mind because it is so easy to get lost in my thoughts and stray far from reality. Thank you for bringing me a little closer to earth.

Thoughts come to us and we have to weigh them, judge them, filter them. Our ability to do this gets better with experience, hopefully. We are part child, part parent, and part adult. The child believes whatever we tell ourselves and has the faith to power those ideas, for better or not. The parent is the guardrails, fearful. The adult listens to the parent but is not bound to their ideas; it takes the child in hand and speaks hope and possibility to him or her, and the child believes and achieves.

@rainaki16854 ай бұрын
I'm socially awkward and I went to school. Don't be ashamed, embarressed of yourself and conscious about everything you do and say. Let it go. We are all different. Different is what makes you beautiful. You will find your tribe and people will accept you when you accept yourself. You are possibly empathic or introverted and that might be why its so exhausting talking to people. Or you may be calculating and watching everything you say and do, that could be exhausting interacting too. Accept yourself. We all have different paths.
