Long press power button for 30 second while turned off then turn on again with charger connected thn hit boot menu key fast multiple times you may go to boot menu from there you can change os. You will not loss data but apps and c drive will be re placed

For me, I actually had another option on the screen (0:34) to hit F9 to switch operating system. The drive that had my default partition got formatted and that was causing the issue. I just had to select the working partition as the default in the settings after hitting F9 The problem started because I tried to install windows on another drive while my previous drive was hooked up to my computer. I guess it does this partitioning by default, so never install windows on a secondary drive unless all other drives are removed

I had this problem in my system, bootable wirh linux, I shutted down my computer, then started linux (it takes a little bit more time than usual) then reestarted, enter windows and it was fixed, very weird

Make sure you're holding the button down to turn off the PC AS SOON as the 1st logo appears. Do this 3 times and you should get the advance options. Hope this helps, cheers.
