I spent the past two decades as a professor teaching mainly Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology. I have to say that, by far, Sajah is one of the best teachers I’ve had the pleasure to learn from! It is quite evident that he has extensive knowledge in herbalism and the many ways it can be understood, but a gift for bringing it to the level of any learner (new or old). I enrolled in the Vitalist Herbalist program 3 years ago but didn’t have enough time to devote to the program, as my own teaching responsibilities were so intensive. I’ve since left that career to follow a path better suited to my passions. Many thanks to Sajah, Whitney, and their team for all the hard work they’ve put into their programs!

So happy I found your channel and this episode is gold, thank you so much. I'm somewhat of a different herbalist, I am pursuing self-experimenting herbalism along daoist rejuvenation techniques, using plants out of the Shenong Bencaojing. I have been able to self-heal chronic lyme and have gone through a massive rejuvenation in the last 6 years (im 50 now, but in shape like at 25) stopping hairloss, even regrowing hair, lost all overweight (>35kgs), correcting my posture, flat foot etc. I have no clue where this journey will take me, but Im discovering new things all the time. I also researched some Western herbalism, included stinging nettle in my arsenal for instance. I have now 6 main plants that Im working with and its amazing what they have done for me. I thank and praise them everyday. We truly live in a magical world. I feel I should study in a more structured way - the organsystem etc, how you explain it in this video, but then again intuition and the plants themselves have guided me so far. I try to explain to other people what is happening to me, but they don't understand/believe even though everybody tells me how young I have come to look. My main fascination is to pursue my rejuvenation journey which is becoming more and more spiritual, but I do feel sorry for all the ill people who I see around me, who I feel could all be helped. But they are stuck in their western medicine ways and don't understand. It's a shame. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you brother for all you do!

Absolutely! We should keep ourselves humble, when trying to wrap our arms and minds, around the WONDERS of GOD'S medicine chest! ❤️

I'd eventually like to learn it all. I would potentially be a practitioner for others beyond my family but my real passion is growing herbs and food plants. I do want to become knowledgeable enough to treat my family and I in any circumstances without modern intervention whatsoever. Including venomous bites etc. Want to become financially stable enough to be able to afford the classes and such i want to take while i still can. Hopefully that'll be sooner than later. Thanks for your awesome work!

Just turned 46. I’ve lived in a biology/ecology paradigm for the past 30 yrs, and have been interested in herbal medicine for about 15 yrs, but it’s only been in the past 2 years that I’ve felt more that herbal medicine and healing others is (part of?) my calling. There is a lot of material and I feel old to be beginning on this path! Do you know of many others who only began their journey at a later stage in life and went on to become successful (a slippery term) in, say, a clinical herbalist practice?

Yes💚 Many many folks at the school start their clinical path later in life :)

Which episodes are the prerequisites to this video you mentioned at the beginning?

Hello Sajah and team! In the video you mention a journaling exercise but I am not finding it linked here or on the website. Is this something you have and would like to share? I am currently exploring my plant path and how it fits into and guides my life path. Thanks for all you do ✨🌱
