2:08:40 On average, when it comes to the state, things will end badly. At least in the USA, you can refuse the facial processing that goes along with having your boarding pass checked (I've done so recently), and they've been cool with it. Like you said, they have plenty of other accessible footage (and can save it for later) but I don't want to make it any easier for them. XD

The problem I have with the Privacy service is the inability to use a credit card for your funds. I fall into the camp that's able to maximize card rewards and not go into debt. I want to use Privacy to create aliases for payments but I don't want to give up all the rewards I rake in by running everything through a credit card...

I am not a vegetarian, but I do admire a lot, people who are. So let's add one more item to the list of reasons why Henry is perfect.

Why would you admire something that is not biologically sound for human beings over the long haul. Human beings cannot live as a vegetarian without supplementation

This auto lockdown feature on iPhones is just apple copying other features from other OS's as usual. They don't innovate, they just copy others. This security feature has been available on Graphene OS for a long time, but the user can select the time before reboot as you mentioned you wish you could on iPhone. Anywhere from 10 minutes to 72 hours

While it is a good step forward their massively invasive AI on the iPhone 16 will pre-empt encryption but most iPhone users don't track that much about the features. So this auto-restart after being idle is a small remedy that won't apply to most. The average person isn't restarting their phone and it's unlikely to be idle unless, like they talked about, it's stolen or some atypical situation where they'd be looking for/deprived of, the phone itself.
