We will use a title company when the buyer exercises their option to buy, just not in the beginning when we all sign because it's just a lease.

Chris Hello. I am about to sign up for a membership a membership and I'm at the park where I put my 1st and last name. However my intent is to write-off on taxes so for the first and last name should I put my LLC name or do you think I will be fine doing my actual first and last name?

Put your LLC if you have it set up, otherwise your name is fine.
