I've been listening to this and other videos from Robert Zink for about a week. My wife left me in February 2024, althogh we still were in some kind of weird, forced type of relationship until about a month ago. I can't let go of her and the sheer thought of her leaving me is crushing. I've bettered myself but I still don't see any improvements. She has engaged in a few embraces but today she is really cold and avoidant towards me. If you read this, whoever you are I hope the best for you and your relationship, as I really hope and sonetimes even believe that mine will heal again, even if today it feels like the complete opposite (atm my wife is packing up stuff in order to leave 😢). Oh and I forgot to mention that she has developed feelings for her boss... It all just feels like a ridiculous but emotionally devastating cliché.
