I was hopeful for this video to be a heartfelt and relatable solution to the workplace dilemmas but was really disappointed to get the same corporate jargons thrown in my face that typical HRs make - hardwork, loyalty and sincerity. What do employees get even when they follow through with all of this? Layoff because they are just another name in an enormous Excel sheet? Or retirement with a cupcake, pizza or a worthless award given as an "appreciation" for their 40+ years of loyalty? Never expected Zero1 to promote that usual corporate BS instead of encouraging workplace reforms that make the employees' lives better throughout the industries.

But when I began investing, I found a stark difference within the next 2-3 years of starting to invest. When my wealth started growing a bit faster. I don't know if you'll read this comment. But there's a great dilemma to many about whether to stay at the same job (be loyal) in times where companies hand out promotion based on nepotism or personal relations or lay off blindly without any fair compensation.. or keep changing jobs occasionally for better pay compared to what you'd have gotten if you stayed at same company for 15 years. (Because that shows up on a CV as unstable/unfavourable employee) So which one is better, loyalty or job hopping ?? Please make a video of pros n cons of both.

Well, you can actually be REALLY RICH by doing a job. Our perception is skewed because, the really really successful ones aren't influencers. The best mix is possible when you're in a highly leveraged skill job and have salary+RSUs. Salary is to be used to sustain your daily expenses. RSU (Stocks) to be used to build long term wealth. If you're in a really promising company, your RSU's alone can fetch near to crores. For ex, I am in a company where my RSU's literally 2Xed in 1 year. Another 2X, it will cross crores. And, this is my first job (fresher).

Her Regular Investment Made 51% Profit - Infiltration. If bought Direct Profit would be 150% -48 Inflation Her ULIPs Losing 50% In Money Value Insurance Totally Useless Because she Invested on Investment based insurance which means if something doesn't happen she will get the money back Eventho All 3 Sucks She still made Huge Money and Discipline Still not Making to Spend Cash I would Not Compermise On Food and Insurance and No ULIPs and Direct Based Investment on Mutual fund

2 most important points left out. Not salary, but knowledge about TAX and INSURANCE would definitely give a person a strong chance to become rich (and staying rich). Also, the explanation is too simplistic and generic. Don't forget there was a pandemic recently, would a hard working fresher be able to figure such things out? Many of these so called "high skilled" "hard working" youngsters lost their precious lives simply because they were working full on & never cared about their health or lead a healthy lifestyle or took a suitable health insurance for themselves, which could have saved them. The things pointed out in the video is probably suitable to the top 1-2% of the working class and certainly not applicable to the vast majority. India is still a "poor" country with 2.5K 3K USD / capita income levels.
