Mouth agape when 2nd house Virgo mentioned housekeeper or organizing. I was cleaning out my cupboards just then, and started to chuckle. I've also had a housekeeper for years in order to keep me at some level standard that we need (both spouse and I are Leo risings) Whenever we revisit budget, housekeeper never gets cut. I'd rather drink instant coffee and eat Ramen if my house can stay somewhat organized!

This full moon in Gemini today was on my 2nd-8th house axis so this video was perfectly timed! And of course, I had spent the day scrambling to fix banking issues to get on a payroll. in other words, other people needed to pay me but I had lost my previous bank account! And was relying on other people's support a lot. My 2nd house ruler is jupiter which is in my 7th house of partnership. I get 99% of all the support and all I value from my partner. He's my Santa. OMG - 5 mins in and amazing!!!! don't suppose astrohub will do a 13th episode where you talk about different house systems?! as that obviously changes the house ... also what if your house starts at the end of say aquarius (in placidus) , but most of the house is comprised of pisces ... it's full of planets and they are all in pisces ... type set up .... edit [have listened further!]I guess the house ruler is uranus/ saturn but there's also a big pisces component to that house? in the same way as 'stelliums' in general bring in a 'big block of that energy'?! ...it feels like such a stumbling block re getting my head around the houses!!!!

I use the Koch system because in my own work I have found it works for tangible info that people wish to know. I do look at the TWO rulerships of a house when I see what you are talking about. I would look at several planets -Jupiter and Neptune for sure since most of the house is Pisces. but...if you have late Aquarius there, watch when Saturn crosses into the 2nd house room (what house does Saturn rules) bring that houses rulership with you for more insight.

This is one of the best astrology videos I have seen in a while. And I watch a lot. I have Venus, Saturn, sun, moon Chiron and mercury in Pisces in the 2nd house. While Saturn was in Aquarius (still is but is past my personal planets), I was making terrible financial decisions. Even picked a bad job (again). And I am heading for my 2nd Saturn return so I should know better.. I have been cleaning up my mess and applying for work, but am planning to choose a part time job so I can focus on doing astrology professionally. My 2nd rulers are Neptune in 10th house of career. My 10th house rulers are mars and Pluto both retrograde in Virgo in 8th house. My other 2nd house ruler is Jupiter in Taurus in 4th house. I have had excellent luck with property purchases. I never thought I would have my own house. Anyway Saturn was clearly squaring my 2nd house rulers. Simultaneously. Seriously. This is insane. Now when it goes into Pisces it will trine my 10th house ruler, Neptune and sextile my other 2nd house ruler, Jupiter. I feel with Pluto entering my 1st house I will 'level up'. Fantastic. I love that she did Sag in the 2nd as an example. I have this placement. Indeed i value my freedom ABOVE all! I value gaining wisdom such as philosophy, metaphysics, astrology, numerology, magick, etc. I also have Saturn conjunct Uranus there which made it a little bit complicated. Perhaps information is your bailiwick. Perhaps you are good at sales, problem solving, North Nodes I think do have a lot with life purpose but...they require one to take risks - at ages 19, 36, 57, about every 18 to 19 years you have a nodal return and it puts you on the path to what you came here to do and does require a certain level of calculated risk - I cover that in my Age Cycles lecture from last weekend. I don't know your chart but am sending some seed thoughts to you.

I get so confused. I understand my first house is Cancer but my ascendant is 29° 14' of Cancer so when I get to my third house and it is split between Virgo and Libra, with planets in both, I wonder if I should be playing with both energies and how. For example, my Saturn is at 28+° of Leo, and my Venus is at 0+° of Virgo but both are in my second house (Leo). I feel Placidus so I will need to figure this out as I go, but I am getting confused and overwhelmed! (By the way, Jupiter/Sun conjunct in the 2nd decan of Cancer, 12th house...ay) I am enjoying this episode so much but my multitasker won't just listen, I keep checking my chart and cross referencing, lol!
