Hi! first let me say the job market isn't the best. A lot of companies are choosing to operate lean. That being said, have you tried to shadow or offer help to the current regulatory department you work with? This way you get some regulatory exposure and you can put it on your resume to leverage for a role. Also I would recommend optimizing your resume to include key regulatory terminology because there is a lot of intersectionality with QA and RA

Yes I did step into our regulatory label compliance for a brief period that is when I understood the functionality of the regulatory business. But it's really difficult to get into the field considering the amount of competition in the market for those roles.

Theres not much I can personally do, but I will say getting an entry level reg job has been exceedingly challenging over the years. I would look into other departments and see where you can cross over. Look at quality assurance or maybe project management or even entry level clinical operation roles
