@@stoickingdomoffical Embracing silence, and making my self a priority has been isolating at times. Many not on this journey do not understand, and say you are selfish. I know that I am not, so I pay no mind to them. I no longer view the world in rose coloured glasses. I recognize that we each have our own journey, and that not everyone is meant to go with me on mine. So, letting go sometimes of family, friends etc., is the solution needed to find inner peace, grow spiritually, find my purpose and be powerful in all I think, do, feel and allow into my energy field. My silence involves removing their access by blocking them. This supports me in not going through my life looking through the rear view mirror. When I am driving and think of them, I imagine them huddling looking at me as I drive off! The further I go the view of them in all of their being fades. I love loving me. As a matter of fact, I look in the mirror and tell me that I love, respect and forgive myself.

Just had the best year of my life. Planning a life together, an amazing future, then a silly argument and nothing….broken up with and with no conversation, empathy or compassion….just ghosted, 3 weeks ago. I have decided to move on after facing relentless cruelty, passive aggressive and gaslighting behavior for 6 months. I had enough of the mind games.
