So many people think walking away is cowardly. This is 100% false. Walking away from a toxic relationship is an act of self-love, self-preservation, and conveys a sense of self confidence. I'm utterly amazed how many people stay in toxic relationships. Simply walk away and life becomes SO MUCH BETTER. I keep toxic people out of my life and have zero problem walking away.

No Response is NOT No Contact. No Contact literally means, negotiation of what you want was not reached, you move on. However, if they come back again, re-engage. That's the whole point of NC.

My ex has emotional immaturity and perhaps narc tendencies. Every two weeks for some reason she would look for an argument and I’d react to it like an idiot. She would pull the whole “I’m done” bs because I made the mistake of calling and texting asking why. Last Tuesday, she yelled at me because cause I said I felt like she was taking me for granted and she cussed and went nuts on the phone and hung up. Next day, she texted me and is like she is removing herself from this because she seems to be the problem I’m having. I said ok…well let me know when you want to pick up my things as I’m done too. Been in no contact since and she’s gone ahead and changed her profile pics like 7 times and then blocked me and now unblocked me. I still haven’t contacted her. She’s toxic and I have heart issues. I don’t need that drama.
