I have really enjoyed watching your videos. They are full of information as well as make you giggle a little. Very impressed with you two. We are in the process of buying a piece of property and putting an airbnb in an area to help pay for this purchase. We realize this will not happen over night but we are just learning. I am learning so much from your videos. You are very informative and pleasant. I live in the USA. Our tenants of over 20yrs have moved out of our seaside 2 bedroom apartment in St. Martin this week. We are going to use it as a STR. I am the one going to stay in it next weekend to get inspired (and some sun). Absolutely no experience. So glad I came across your channel. Feeling more confident as I go through the videos. At least I know what to take for this first stay. I can make myself comfortable in a way with items that will be preparing for occupancy.

As to your storage closet issue - what about a locking utility closet that can be placed inside of an existing closet? That's what we're doing in one of our locations.

You guys are doing way too much most Airbnb’s I stay at have almost nothing maybe a few towels couple rolls of toilet paper and a couple washing machine pods that’s it! Yeah we hate but boy do they not care and still make a ton of money
