Hunted Colo for elk, went from 225 to 213 lb. Let a couple of small bulls walk but called a 312 BC in for my youngest grandson on the 25th,Made a perfect bow shot at 30yds. Proud grandpa. Back on the kettle bells, starting slow. 78yrs old dictates that. Danny Whaley :

Love this stuff Dan! Im 64yo and have been backpack elk hunting for over 14years. As you I to lose over 10+ pounds per season and have found that if I wait and regain my lost weight b4 I delve back into workouts my muscle memory comes back easier than if I dive back in "skinny". Im able to get back into my pre hunt diet of high protein, creatine, and inflammatory foods which has helped immensely in recovery/injuries. With that being said 2025 elk prep has begun.!!

I did move my dovetail in closer and switched from 1° right offset Fletched to max left helical. Any thoughts from anyone? I'm stumped
