As a new(ish) distiller who's always looking for ways to continue to expand my palate, this particular episode was very helpful right up there with any episode involving Chris White 💯 I never thought watching a video about tasting could be just as useful, if not more so, than actually going through a tasting or blending session... But fermentation flavors discussed here are the basis of what I'm trying to capture and concentrate in my distilled spirits so it makes sense. Which is why I love learning about all the aspects encompassing the art of fermentation which in turn furthers the craft in my distillations. YES! This makes my mouth, and brain water for Randy's next book, I just took a memory enhancing class, and all of Randy's descriptions of the brains mechanical functioning matched up perfectly with memory enhancing tools, which tied raw information to visual and spatial information, which we are so good at. Thanks to Brad and Randy!!
