Interesting that I've heard your 3 first minutes and I'm like "nah Im done with this. Ain't nothing new here" but felt like listening to it further and you did teach me something, or rather enhanced my knowldedge deeper. When you see a 60 y.o man and he's making mistakes, falls down, is slow by his thinking and what-not, you've compassion or supposed to, assuming you're a decent human being. You know that he forgot to turn his car off because he's mentally suffering, stressed, his mom's in the hospital (just making things up to make a point). His memory is bad, focus, due to age. So in addition to you saying "have more compassion towards yourself, you're human" - understanding that your mind wanders, and there's not a thing as multitasking. You rather focus on something, then focus on another, back and forth. Probably why people with ADHD and such suffer more from focus issues, but point's this: You may never truly understand what's caused you to make that mistake. It could be far deeper than you ever realize, and even if you're living in Scandinavia up there or at the top of Russia fishing and being happy with your girl and 12 kids, borderline zero stress - you will make mistake due to being human as you've said, which again, contains things way deeper than we know. Probs nobody (assuming you too) would read this, but thought I'd leave this part of wisdom you've enhanced on my side, so you had a part in enriching my understanding.

I was actually struggling with this issue for most of my teenage era but i think now that im a bit older i could understand why i was doing all of these negative thoughts, and most of the reasons was because some certain “close “ people have actually said those things to me for a long time and most of the time it was labeled under “jokes” ( tho it was nothing but toxic ) until i started believing in it subconsciously and it’s here where it got worse, im in my way to heal from all of these bad thoughts & memories n i think you’re video helped alot ! Thanks for sharing your experience 🤍

*Self-reflection, self-care, self-esteem, self-awareness, and much more are vital to one another.* *My quotes/reminders I used for myself:* is my world, I _'know'_ = awkwardness or acknowledgment in that moment or thing I'm having or doing. I'll be _"alright (fine)"_ for that part of your day. Allow me to be me. Even though we already know: society has plans and structure, we don't want to follow that path for eternity, and there shouldn't be such a thing, even how *cruel* it sounds. I used to have mixed negative and positive thoughts because of my mental health at those current moments. After a while, I learned that _' letting it go and speaking up or healing slowly in my peace.'_ was the best thing I could do for myself. Improving by doing small steps or sometimes being _'selfish'_ in a good way. When I speak with someone, or I deep-dive/discuss a topic related to mental health, it is: _"Understanding or acknowledging by yourself first (if you can) is the most impressive thing you can do for yourself."_ - Yes, this can sound for some people really as *difficult* step but *please take your time.* *Listen, read, see, feel...* all kinds of things, including your philosophical point of view, can help you in the long term or short term, depending on what you use it for.

i used to beat myself up rlly badly over every mistake, but ive realized how much power those bad thoughts can have when allowed to stack up over time. i’ve been trying hard to shed my habit of letting myself feel dumb for every mistake, and feels so freeing aa thank you for sharing your thoughts, it helps to know i’m not alone 💜

I realised this year due to wider reading and some therapy help that a lot of these thoughts are rooted in my core belief about not being good enough. This can be quite hard to address sometimes. Although I really like what you said at the end about deserving someone that is patient with you especially yourself :)

Omg Michelle!!! I just came across your content and I feel so grateful ahhh I LOVE this video. Such inspiring ideas here, definitely going to start incorporating them into my mindset :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and manifest your future. Sooo applicable to changing your thoughts and rewriting your limiting beliefs. Can't help but share b/c I feel like you'd love it haha :)) it's been a game changer for me! So excited to explore all of your content x

damn:( all your videos touch me but I really needed this one like no other, self deprecation has probably always been the biggest wall between me and my own happiness, I also called myself stupid just because I failed some exams in one bad life spell, but I think I did it as a defence mechanism because I got so used to hearing it from others when I was younger, it made me so sad because I knew I was a smart kid deep down and couldve done so much more, I just didnt have the right priorities, but what can we do now, whats meant to be will be I can also relate not realising the problem with self deprecation, I thought it was just good to hold yourself to a high standard but then I realised that I couldnt celebrate anything that really did deserve to be celebrated, I still havent really found a great balance , its so hard to :( hope youre okay

Yesterday there is a party in my House where too many relatives are present they really made Me think that maybe I'm too weird . There is one of my old friend too but now I'm uncomfortable with her too bcz I think I'm fitting in her standard that's so weird ...lol🙃 Huh there are too many of thoughts ....

Can I provide a perspective Dear Michelle. There’s a law of duality discussed between learned individuals. The inner voice you speak of & hear is either that of the Ego or the Soul. Everything is Consciousness and our body with it many different cells is Consciousness aware of itself. The same thing is in accordance with our Conscience it leads us to proper understanding!!!
@MichelleGia Жыл бұрын
thank you so much for the insight Brandon:) I will definitely look more into that, things like this always fascinate me!
