Merry Christmas to you, too!! ❤💚❤ I am so glad you enjoy the videos and it makes me happy to know you do! Will be back with more in the new year (and maybe before if I get time!) We had plans to go away for a short holiday, but our 4yo cockapoo dog Percy came down with IMHA (severe anemia where his immune system was attacking his red blood cells). IMHA is an awful, horrible, terrible illness that came out of nowhere. He was perfectly healthy one day and then the next given a 50-50 chance of surviving. After FOUR blood transfusions 😱 he is finally on the very slow mend, and we are so grateful for the care he received at the veterinary hospital. A Christmas miracle! Thank you for your well wishes, they are very much appreciated and the very same to you! Have a very Merry Christmas and happiest and healthiest of new years!! 🥰🤗🥰

Thank you so much Sue for teaching us the correct way to pronounce proper Cantonese. I do not like lazy pronunciation of Cantonese as it is not authentic. If I want anything, I want to learn it properly. 👏👏👏👍👍👍

Thank you, that's great! I hope it helps them see that it's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be! I remember when I was first learning, everyone -- literally everyone -- would tell me "why are you learning Cantonese? It's so hard!" But I think that's what made it so fun ... like a puzzle that you just keep flipping the pieces over and trying to fit them in any which way haha :)

@ just a visit to do an exam, but might just live there forever. Depends. I'm in London - things are not very safe here, I didn't realise how good it is to feel safe in HK. How about you? You can always go for a holiday, HK is great for that. Have some Dim Sum, or visit 大家樂!❤️

Same! I generally am too low with the 3rd tone. My next video will share a chart from Chinese University that tracked the tones of native speakers on a graph -- quite enlightening. :)
