Thank you for the video, but I’m afraid the information is incorrect, as this is only to fix the auto up/auto down feature after replacing the battery. To fix the convenience window up/down, you need to access the settings. Scroll to “Convenience”. There select all, driver or off. I hope this clarifies.

Hi, yes, this step is only to reset the doors electronic module. If there are other reasons we have to take care of them as well. In my case, even after changing the convenience settings, it was not working. Only after reset it worked.

I thought this might work, but it didn’t….. your fix means it has to have worked at one time…. If it has been turned off by the dealer it is different than a reset issue….
