We call it a "running list" and it can be kept in a notes app or spiral notebook, which we look over during the weekly review. :)

Ok I love this and have been trying it out the past couple of weeks. My question is, how do you keep from losing the card? I have lost mine a couple of times and it feels a little defeating. I put it in my pocket, but I'm guessing it fell out when I pulled my phone out. Now I need to remember from my brain what to rewrite. Any thoughts?

I would suggest to take a pic, for peace mind. This can serve as a backup you can refer to whenever the need arises. You could also create a separate album folder from your phones camera roll gallery, E.g Index cards, maybe a further sub category for different topic/subjects/projects etc. Hope that helps.

They make 3x5 card wallets you can keep in a different pocket. Or you could put a 3x5 pocket on the back of your phone case.
