That is all good, except don’t fall into the pit of most with ‘positive affirmations’ - which is to put your head in the sand about what IS and the trajectory of the IS. I find that people would rather tell themselves comforting lies and call is “positivity” rather than speaking the Truth to POWER. Truth must come before one can have power over evil and despair.
