Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, Podcast Family! Each year, during the week of Christmas, we like to do something special for you, and today is no different. As you may know, John Maxwell spends the final week of each year looking back on his year, his journal, his notes, his calendar, and how he’s spent his time and energy. He calls this exercise his year in review. So, this week we’re bringing you a lesson in which John shares, step-by-step, his process for his year in review so that you can set aside time for yourself and apply this proven practice to your life.

This man takes 30 minutes to tell you 5 minutes of material. His seven steps to adaptive leadership thinking: 1. Take time to reflect. 2 How do I feel? (Emotional biases) 3. What do I know? (The facts) 4. What do I think? (Possibilities) - He went off track and talked about 'preparing your materials', recap your day, have a calendar & legal pad and use it (groundbreaking stuff this...) 5. Reflect on actions taken. 6. Who should I share this information with? 7. Make crucial discoveries (just like that!). - Again goes off topic with talking about random stories which don't add value to your time.
