I don't use iPhone, but I'm using oneplus 8 pro for 3 years, and overall it's condition is pretty good(even though I got a greenline on display and got it replaced from oneplus ESC). No scratches around charging port or in body(benefits of having aluminum frame), and also zero scratches and dents on screen or in back panel. Condition is still almost like new. Screen on time is around 6-7 hours in QHD 60hz mode.

It is because of intense usage. You loose you battery quickly and again put it to charge. So, your phone completes more charge cycles quickly.

Not to worry. 97% is normal. Mine is 100% because as I mentioned my battery capacity was already more than rated capacity when i bought it. Also battery health depends on usage, environment and many factors. So use as you like it is completely fine
