Hi! I'm from South Dakota, USA. I love these relaxing recipe videos. What I don't like are the comments from the complaining whiners. These videos are great for those of us who need to slow down in life because our anxiety is over the top sometimes. Their grace is beautiful to watch, and I'm reminded to slow down and cook with grace, patience, and love. Could you whiner people please stop it? Skip through if you need to or go to the time stamp if there is one available. You know these videos are great for the mind, body, and soul for all of us. Thanks and keep up the work you do because it's very, very needed in our lives. You are appreciated:)

@pattonkirkpatrick6521 And it's very bad for you, like all those fatty, mixed ingredients. As recommended by the World Health Organization, every day we should consume less than 5 grams of table salt, between that already present in foods and that added, which corresponds to approximately 2 grams of sodium.....The Nutrition Society guidelines recommend the consumption of a maximum of 4 eggs per week for an adult. ALWAYS use EVO oil, EXTRA VIRGIN DOP/DOC olive oil, from guaranteed organic production, with acidity that must be less than 0.8%. Normal olive oil, refined or rectified, is obtained by refining lampante oil (not edible) or virgin olive oil. Refining consists of reducing the high acidity through soda, decolorizing using earth and vegetal carbons, and eliminating any odor. The result is an oil with a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, not exceeding 0.30 g per 100 g. It can only be used for frying, even if corn or sunflower seeds are less fat, as they are highly resistant to the boiling process.

Mine are deep fried potatoes (bite size pieces) then put them in a skillet then pour scrambled eggs on top of potatoes as it cooks you keep sturing until eggs are cooked. Throw in some shrimp in before pouring the eggs is good too.
