Thank you Ms Amy! I think I knew the word crook... I mean I've come on it a couple of times and... kind of understood but didn't look it up in the dictionary. hm... it's another one - my vocabulary related to criminals, crime, corruption of different kind and derogatory and offensive words is vast and still growing. Those words latch onto my brain just as slang words do. I hope it is not just me.
