I tried the recipe chef and it turned out so well. Tbh I never tasted lemon coriander soup but everyone liked it. I added broccoli, carrots, babycorn, sweet corn, mushrooms, capsicum, cabbage and everything mentioned. Loved it!

Hi sanjyot, awesome recipe as usual. Two inputs... Sharing a homemade mascarpone cheese recipe that's waaay better than the preservative filled store bought one. Heat amul cream, after u see a few bubbles, add juice of one lime . After the cream thickens, pour onto bowl covered with cheesecloth. Keep in fridge overnight to strain. Creamy mascarpone ready! Second .. an authentic Italian Pizza using a hot tawa and finished in the oven under a broiler.

I love lemon Coriander soup. You have added more flavors which will make it more delicious I am sure. Will try for sure. One tip is to not use metal laddles in a non stick saucepan. Its not good healthwise on a longer term. Best to cook in Stainless steel throughout.

Hello chef..I loved this recipe and made it for dinner tonight. Made just one change though. As I don’t much like adding corn flour or maida, I added a slurry of roasted ragi flour. It acts as a thickener as well as brings in extra nutrition. It was really good, even if I say so. 😂 Thank you for the recipe.

Amazing recipe! One thing that I struggle with is koi guest Ghar pe aajaye to fatafat meal kya banaye. Starter, main course, desert. If you could suggest some menus jo quickly ban Jaye and tasty bhi ho. Like this lemon coriander soup was amazing for that. You can do a series out of it
