Just had to comment...tried today with tofu instead of chicken. Otherwise followed it mostly with minor substitute (no tomato and veg stock) was amazing. Had it with egg fried rice....amazing combo. Highly recommend this recipe

I made it and it came out wonderful, made some adjustments on the basis of availability of things. I used green chilli sauce instead of chilli paste as I realized that I had missed prepping for that and black pepper instead of white pepper. Thank you so much for the recipe chef!

Thank you for one of the best sources of accent free, simple language, AWESOME desi recipes. I love that your instructions are meticulous and so well explained - please help me understand reason for keeping salt amount a complete mystery. Your dishes are so exotic to me, I don't know what the "to taste' means, should it be half a cup salt, half a teaspoon, 2 table spoons? Why not just reveal the secret of how much YOU are using & THEN I can adjust according to my taste i.e. to taste. That will be very helpful.
