I am South Indian and wanted to try Paneer bhurji recipe. I have already tried 3 recipes from 3 different south indian chefs. Later, this one was the easiest, yummiest recipe and did not end up like a dry clump. Saving it.

This is a great recipe! We love paneer, and would have used store bought, but the how-to home made version was really compelling.
