Honestly I have not tried this product.... But looking at the quality I feel this is strongly built, good quality steel which is making it non-stick. My favorite from Milton Procook Tri-Ply Hexatec series is the Honeycomb Dosa Tawa. Me and my wife love cooking food and Dosas and Uttappas are our favorite foods. But the traditional Tawas and other nonstick Tawas are difficult to cook with as regular Tawas do jit release the Dosa easily and nonstick Tawas have the layer which restricts usage of steel spoons. Milton has created this tawa which removes both problems of food sticking and usage of metal spoons. We already use Milton products at home and we already know that Milton is a very trustworthy brand.

Okay, so I'm a bit obsessed with my Milton Procook Honeycomb kadhai. Seriously, it's the best. The non-stick coating is incredible - I can literally fry an egg without any oil and it comes off clean! And that honeycomb pattern? Game-changer. I used to be so paranoid about scratching the coating, but now I just whip out my metal spatula without a second thought. It heats up so evenly too. No more burnt bits or undercooked veggies. I can actually make decent stir-fries now, which is a miracle considering my past culinary disasters. And it's built like a tank. I'm pretty rough on my cookware, but this thing is holding up strong. The handles are sturdy and the lid is perfect for keeping an eye on things without letting all the steam out. I always wanted to try making Schezwan Noodles at home since the one we eat outside has artificial colours. I will try making this recipe with kashmiri mirchi which gives such a natural colour. My favourite Milton ProCook our of these 3 products was the Kadhai and the dosa tawa. Kadhai, because we use it a lot in our high heat cooking and simply hate it when scraps blacken and stick to the bottom. Dosa tawa because we all know how difficult it can be to make a dosa on a normal tawa if you are not an absolute pro. However, I would love to see a 24cm to 30cm fry pan with the same honey comb pattern. What a beautiful product range.

Hi chef Just I made Schezwan noodles… they turned out amazing, just like the ones from a hotel, and so yummy! The best part is the red chili chutney - it’s absolutely perfect and so delicious. Milton has been a brand which I have been associated with right from my school days. I still have my milton water bottle and that is used by my kids like a legacy. It is a difficult decision to pick one favorite because the whole Milton Pro Cook Triply Hexa Tech range is outstanding but my mom really likes the Kadhai Honeycomb because of its unique hexagonal design - heat retention and distribution is way better than others in the market.
