Hi Chef, I am viewer from SG and I just made this recipe for the first time this morning for lunch box. I was worried as I had not pre tested this, before deciding to make it on a whim. My husband was also shocked at only one whistle for the cooker, but it came out perfect! I didn’t have time to fry the paneer due to morning rush , so used only frozen peas and paired it with a side of a sort of salsa seasoned with chat masala. I know I will be adding this recipe to my meal planner for lunches to have atleast every fortnight. Thank you, can’t wait to try your spinach rice!

Adding half a tsp of sugar first thing and let it caramelize. It will add a very beautiful colour to the pulav. Adding resins along with Cashewnuts will be a good option if one likes sweet and salty tastes.
