I made this yesterday and it turned out so so so delicious, that i was surprised by my own cooking. I used cauliflower instead of aloo and chole masala instead of biryani masala. And also mixed this recipe up with ur tawa pulav video i added pav bhaji masala in this recipe and it turned out so well. I very regularly make pulav (the easy way), yesterday i decided to go one step further and took time making this. Man, am blown away by how good it tastes. Sharing this video to all my friends and family who enjoy cooking.

I really love this recipe! I usually make 1.5 cups of rice, add a little less water (around 2.8 cups) and also add one extra spoon of biryani masala (or 1.5 extra), and don't add the kashmiri chill powder. It comes out so well! Thanks for your brilliant recipes always.

Minus Curd, rest of the recipe is exactly same when its made by me. I learnt it all by myself as i love Veg Pulao, its also called "Tahari" in West U P. Only use Peas when it comes to adding the veggies. I always get compliments whenever i cook it, my dad is not fond of pulao biryani etc. But when u make it in Lunch, he asks to keep some portion for dinner. Serve this Beauty with Onion, Cucumber and Tomato salad. One more thing, add Kasoori methi and Little garam masala at the top before closing the lid to cook. This dish is very satisfying to eat.

My mom’s visiting her native place for few days so I tried this…it was an adventure. Firstly the potatos were taking forever to cook. After half an hour of trying to cook the potatoes…i thought rice daalne ke baad shayad sab kuch pak jayega…and then after 6 minutes, it burned . 🥲 after 3 hours of this adventure agle 10 min mai anda burjhi banaya maine. Dad’s saying kuch din bahar hi khaane chale jayenge. I wish I could’ve done better. Inspite my failed efforts…Thank you for these amazing videos!! I made aloo bhindi yesterday after watching your video and it was a hit. I thought i could pull this off as well. But no worries, next time.

@@Mr.SourArmpits Normal Indian food is mostly vegan and it has almost everything essential included. Most of our vitamins and minerals come from plant based is what I have come to know. I ate mostly non-veg more than 20 years and found out to be deficient in lot of important nutrients. Also Pickles are great probiotics isn’t it?
