Mixed vegetable sabzi in a different form. 😊 This is good for senior citizens like me who prefer soft, easily chewable vegetables rather than the 'keep it crunchy' kind that is usually prescribed by chefs. I also like tge fact that you don't use too many masalas, cream, kaju paste & other taam-jham, which are not good, not easily digestible in daily meals. Wish the gravy could be made faster, as it is difficult for us to stand for too long. Any shortcut that you can suggest?

Thanks for the recipe man, but i have two questions for you as educational purpose, in many recipe you marrinate using blended curd not using directly curd i..- is there any sceintific reasons behind it idk but i cant find it anywhere.... And second is you add boil hot water to add boiling water in a pot to increase ir i.e.- why,what happens we can't add room temperature water...is there any reason 😅😅😅😅 thank you all the way
