Hey Jamie, I always enjoy your videos and it was really nice to learn a little more about you and your background. I am glad to hear you are cancer free and hopefully it will stay that way. I am looking forward to your videos in 2025. I do like to see high end but also budget friendly pieces. I think combining high end with budget friendly will be great, that way we can see both in one video.

Hi Jamie! Thank you for this video. I appreciate you and your channel. For me personally I am trying to consume less, so I love the trend and style videos, bc I can shop my closet and find gaps and put them on a wishlist. I try to stay away from haul videos bc they encourage me to consume more and more. I love the higher price items bc I can afford them and try to purchase quality over quantity.

This was a nice way of getting to know you, Jamie. Thank you for being so open about a serious medical issue as I'm sure there are plenty of other women who have battled breast cancer too. Unfortunately, it is far too common 😢 I'm just happy your story had a happy ending. As for price point, I really appreciate a wide range - highend, medium & low (Walmart/Amazon, H&M, Target, etc) My main concern is size inclusiveness. It's always disappointing for me to watch fashion content with shopping links only to be find out the item sizes out at 14 or XL. Or if it does come in a 1X or 2X it only comes in black or the style is different. This happened with LilySilk & with Quince & often with Macy's/Nordstroms sales hauls. Seeing cute shoes & boots that do not offer W or wide calf sizing is frustrating too (it's why I don't usually buy cheap shoes because I can't) But anyway, looking forward to seeing what 2025 has in store for us with your channel. You are one of my favorite fashion KZbinrs 😊

Jamie, thanks so much for sharing about your breast cancer. In Feb. of 2024 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In April I had a double mastectomy but I did not require any radiation or chemotherapy so I had a fairly easy road. But I did not undergo reconstruction so my shape changed; also in the past year I have lost 55 pounds so those two changes necessitated a whole new wardrobe and a new outlook on my personal style. Your videos have helped me so much with new ideas, and I especially appreciate the budget-friendly ideas since my sizes changed every couple of months and that gets expensive. Keep doing what you're doing (even with the additions) and I'll be here forever.

The changes in your channel sound fantastic, especially the mixing of price points in one video. I’ve stayed with you because of the emphasis on “style” so I’m glad I can stay put. Happy New Year, Jamie, to you and Steven ! My input would be Fabric/Fabrics; I love to know what the (two highest) percentages of cloths are -the actual makeup/breathability of the pieces I might consider purchasing. It would be awesome to receive that information, about the pieces you are presenting. Thank you. Angie

I loved hearing about your journey and especially loved you mentioning how GOD has blessed you. I'm a girl (in my mid fifties) from the Boston area and I've been following you for a couple years now. I appreciate your lower priced hauls and often purchase from Walmart based off of your videos and links. I work from home (since Covid), however I do go into our office one day a week and I look forward to getting dressed up for that. I've always been into fashion and makeup and I tell people that I think in my former life I lived in the South. Since Covid, I have transitioned my life into a simpler format. I now spend a lot of my focus on what God provides for us naturally. I've shifted into a repurpose, reuse, recycle mentality, even with my fashion. I'd love to see some thrifting hauls, if that is an area you'd be open to. You'd be amazed at the higher end treasures I've been able to find. Keep up the great work. I love your content and your sweet spirit.

I appreciate your suggestion and will definitely keep it on the list! Have a good day!

I was first diagnosed in 2016 with the similar cancer diagnosis, stage 1, lumpectomy, radiation, and no chemo. Fast forward to 2020 and I started having extremely bad hip pain. They did PET scan and MRI and found that the cancer had indeed come back. I have 14 tumors on my bone and lungs. I did another 2 rounds of radiation on my hip, which helped a ton with the pain. At that time I was told I had 3-5 years to live. I am now on a hormonal therapy drug and I now in my 4th year (Nov 2025 will be 5 yrs since diagnosis). For the most part I am doing better than expected and I have learned to live each day to the fullest. I just can’t say it enough that we have to be our own advocate and when we don’t feel right we MUST talk to our dr and make sure they listen. I truly hope for the best of health for you 💗 Now as for the channel, I have went to other KZbinrs Patreon and really enjoyed that way of interacting. I wish you the best of luck.

Hi Jamie, I just wanted to reach out because something told me when you started this video that you were going to talk about breast cancer. I have loved your channel for over a year and had my own breast cancer journey this summer. Mine was also caught super early- stage 0 DCIS. Your videos were a great distraction from the lumpectomy and radiation, and now tamoxifen for five years. From one female to another, please let’s talk more about this. I am grateful to God, the universe, my gut instincts to listen to my body and to have a mammogram sooner than my scheduled one. Self care and screening mammograms are powerful. But yes, after this, we live in a different world with more screenings. It has made me more aware of how I want my life to look and how to treat others, and for that, I am grateful. Thank you for sharing your story. Ladies, get your annual mammograms. Love to you, Jamie.

Wow, this is so inspirational! I don't talk much about it since mine was so minor but I guess it doesn't matter. Cancer is never a simple thing. Knowing that I was a great distraction for you during that time bright tears to my eyes! Thank you for sharing that. Catching it early is key and I am actually the one that found mine and had it checked so we should always be diligent to check our own breasts and be very in tune with our bodies. I'm so happy to hear you are cancer free and pray you will always be! ❤️❤️

I have a friend that we both worked together and know for around 40 yrs. Her mom had breast cancer and she also discovered she had it. She ended up having one breast removed and was told by the dr there was a good chance it would go to the other side. She decided she wanted it removed. Unfortunately, back then our insurance wouldn’t pay for that surgery but was willing to pay for treatment once she got cancer again. So crazy! She ended up paying for the surgery herself. It’s been many, many years that this happened. She is definitely a survivor!

Hi Jamie! I loved hearing your marketing & fashion career journey and how through it you discovered your love of and gift for helping women dress to feel good about themselves. You have a servant’s heart!! That and your sweet kind spirit combine to make you feel like a good friend we are grateful to have as we tune in to hear your trend reports and styling tips and see your finds. Thank you for sharing your health journey too and praise God for your healing, as well as more about your husband and his (big!!) off-screen contributions to your channel. (I have to admit I have thought a few times, I wonder what her husband thinks about all this! 😂😂😂 Mainly because mine starts to roll his eyes when too many boxes are arriving at the same time! Good to know he’s not only a vital part of the team, handling all the tech and freeing you to focus on the creative, and that it was even his idea!! ) Re future of channel. I love the idea of all haul and styling and even trends videos having a mix of price points and of you starting to mix in more higher end items that you deem worthy of the price & our attention. You already do a good job of finding the well-made quality gems at the lower price points. Like many other commenters, I love dressing most days in a mix of higher end (contemporary, not designer) and mid-range items as well as bargains/discount finds. I am 2 inches shorter than you so for a lot of categories of clothing, I really need petites so I gravitate to the lines that offer that …of which there are plenty. The nice thing for a lot of your viewers is the lines that offer petite very often also offer tall. You might consider including Banana Republic because they as well as Gap and Old Navy offer petite, regular and tall in so many of their items. I am increasingly trying to limit myself to mostly or 100% natural fibers, mainly for breathability and the feel on my skin, both of which affect comfort! I have bought too many items (mostly sweaters it seems) that were cute and even expensive and I loved everything about them - except the fabric content. Then even if they’re adorable I don’t enjoy wearing them -either they make me hot or they pill or they’re scratchy or they don’t drape or something. I love and appreciate that you don’t do sponsored videos so I will try to support you a different way. I only follow a few people anymore and I’ve recently realized that the ones I still watch share an important trait: consistent honesty. I agree with the person who said it would be helpful to see more fails! Or just hear about things you liked but didn’t end up enjoying or wearing much and why you think that is. But I also love it when you point out certain things that you wear really frequently and have found easy to style and are so glad you bought. I have enjoyed the videos where you show an outfit that doesn’t quite work next to a version that does work, side-by-side, and explain the reasons. OK well this is long but if I think of anything else, I’ll add it in a separate comment!! God bless you & Steven! .

Hey Jamie! So glad to see you! Glad you're back too! Sorry about the cancer diagnosis, and glad you are cancer free! That's one thing I don't want to have to deal with, who does right? I eat only Animal meat and animal fat to prevent it. Most if not all cancers are fed and grow because of sugars in the diet. If you don't eat sugar or carbs, no glucose to feed cancer growth. I hate vegetables because they make me feel bad when I eat them soooo it's a Carnivore diet for me! I have benefited greatly from this diet, in fact it's given me my life back from arthritis, depression, brain fog and metabolic disease!. I've lost so many inches on this way of eating that I want to be more fashion minded. I can't wait to see your channel grow! TY Jamie for your wonderful content! I'm learning how to rock Dansko clogs, and wide leg culottes in a coffee gingham print.....this is going to be fun! But if you have any ideas.....

Happy New Year, Jamie🎉 I enjoyed hearing your story and looking ahead to new content! I love that you show different price points, like Anthropologie and Walmart. I would love to see more Anthropologie, and another favorite of mine is Evereve. It would love to see you review some pieces from them, as well! Jamie! Fellow survivor here…I was 38 years old with a 9 year old daughter…..scary as Hell. My diagnosis was exactly like yours….small, early, non-aggressive…..no spreading. Lumpectomy with radiation was the treatment……I turned 69 years old last week…..it’s been 30 years and I feel blessed every day. Thank you for sharing your story. I talk about it so much. It has been a gift to walk with so many others as a helper and a confidant as they travel their cancer journey. As far as your channel, yours is one of the few that I watch religiously…..as a size 14 bottom and 12 top it is hard to find quality clothing. I spend my days caring for my 3 grandchildren but I’m always fully dressed with hair, makeup and accessories. I hate the fact that 12/14 sizes are ignored by better fashion brands. I would love to have recommendations on the fit. I love Ann Taylor ( not Loft)…..but the cuts are so wrong for my rounded curves. They’re cut for slim Angular body types despite the size!

Wow, what a great story you shared! It is encouraging to see that your cancer never returned! That's what we all hope for. I love that you get dressed everyday. That is my goal for this year! I appreciate your feedback on the sizing and I think a lot of brands are considering that these days unlike years ago. I will make sure I think about these things as I create my content. Maybe one day I will have a model in that size range to help me out a bit! 😃

I really enjoyed learning about your retail background. It was obvious to me that you have a professional background in fashion - you are not the average influencer that we see on YT so often! I would appreciate some more high end clothing as well. There are many who showcase Walmart and Amazon and it becomes repetitive. I do love that you frequent Loft. Hi Jamie. I was diagnosed with 2 types of breast cancer (a different kind in each breast) in 2018. I had lumpectomies, chemotherapy, and radiation. The chemo made me very sick, and I was thankful when it ended, as I do not think I could have endured another round. I was new to Florida, having only been here for 5 months (I moved here not knowing anyone!), and God blessed me with so many kind folks who stepped up to take me to the surgery and to my chemo appointments. The best thing was having the surgeon say "clean margins", and my annual followup breast MRIs and Mammograms have been clear so far. I am 72 now and feel very blessed. Thank you for all you do. I love your channel. I do avoid paying high prices for clothing, so I appreciate all your budget friendly items. When you do show the contemporary items, will you please include links to budget friendly "dupes"? That would be extremely helpful to those of us who love looking our best, but are living on a fixed income. Much appreciated. Hugs!

My sister is a 30 year survivor of aggressive stage 4 breast cancer; double mastectomy, and just had her implants removed permanently April 2023. Great to hear your backstory. You are adorable in every way and it would be VERY useful if you had a fresh body (lol) easily accessible to bring her in for the same fashion haul look, but in a very different size... personally I'm 5'10 so a tall girl, but maybe someone who isn't tall but has a large bust. I'd say many of us want to avoid the "tent" look and what I find online are models with large chests are also large models so their stomachs may come out as much as their bustline.... which is fine, but some of us have smaller waists and tons of clothes are destroyed by how they fall. In other words: fashion haul on you and same fashion haul on a different sized person, so we get all your opinions and visually see how the same item looks and feels different on someone else. That would be magical.

Hi Jaime! You are my favorite influencer! I am a bit older at 68 years but still like to dress classy. My issue is I am 5’10” tall and a size 6, and a lot of clothes do not come in tall lengths, I need a 35” inseam for trousers and 34” for regular pants. Manufacturers also limit colors of any items they do carry for tall lengths-what’s up with that? (Sigh) Hoping you can link similar items of clothing in tall lengths in the future as I love the clothes but most do not come long enough for me. I also would like to see more natural fabrics as the vibration of natural fabrics actually “feels” better on our bodies, so things like linen, cotton, silk, wool vs polyesters, nylon, acrylics etc. We are vibrational beings (energy) and the energy of what we wear can boost our energy or drain us! I like the idea of showing the higher end clothing with the more budget friendly as sometimes we just want a trendy item to be affordable whereas a classic item that is a staple is worth investing in. Thanks for your expertise in fashion- it is surely helping many! God bless!

I love your channel, and you truly seem like a nice person. If I may make a suggestion regarding your content, many people are already struggling with the economy and may not be able to afford being able to buy many new clothes. There are channels I just won't watch this year because they do trigger me to buy. I do not put you in this category because many of your videos show us things like what shoes to wear or trends for the coming season. Would it be possible to maybe show us how to shop our own closets for the season and only add in those items that may bring the looks more current? You seem to really follow the trends that keep us stylish, and I just thought this might be helpful to those of us who are really having to tighten our wallets.

It was tough but luckily I recovered quickly through all my surgeries which were around 5 or 6 of them and got through chemo with no side effects besides being tired. I worked out and stayed fit during chemo and as soon as I got the ok from my Dr's after surgeries. I think the key is to stay fit. After my double mastectomy I was up and walking the hospital halls in a few hours.

Adding higher cost clothing to channel content is fine just as long as the cost friendly options remain. I would rather spend more money on health that on clothing. For this reason expensive fashion is not my cup of tea. Fashion is so fickle, it comes and goes.. Health stays with you for life. Again why I would spend less on fashion. I would prefer KZbin financial support over Patreon.
