I have fished more then one smash-tech product. You can absolutely tell he puts his heart n soul into these baits, I don't think I've ever gotten one that hasn't ran true and the way it should. It’s a work of art! There’s a lot more to making molds and pouring resin than the average person knows. Just creating the mold original is an intricate and tedious process. Nice job. Best regards, Richard

Smashtech baits actually influenced me to start pouring my own big swimbaits. After using their products on lake Naconiche and them getting destroyed, I decided to make my own molds (with certain things I considered improvements) and pour them myself. Smashtech swimbaits get bit.

I make hammered metal jigs and jig heads of all sizes for salt, after totaling everything I use it's right around 1,580 dollars spent, but I've made well over a couple thousand jigs , bullet heads and bottom sweeper jigs . After watching this I might get into soft plastics, what would you consider a good mold for paddle tail plastics?
