I had a weight councilor from Australia blow a gasket when I corrected her. She had a video were she asserted that there were just as many fat people 50/60/70/80 years ago, as there are now. And that the reason there isn’t vintage clothing in larger sizes, is that it was “passed down” to many people and so the clothing wore out. Just the larger size clothing. I looked up the statistics and only 10% of Americans were overweight or obese until the 1960s. She also took issue with me saying that there weren’t obese kids when I was in school. I looked up for how many children were obese specifically when I was in school. Only 5% of American children were overweight or obese when I was K-12. There actually was one girl in my elementary school who was overweight. But it was because she had some kind of problem with either her pituitary gland or thyroid disease. No one made fun of her that I ever saw. The rest of her family wasn’t overweight. The Australian with the BS ‘weight coaching therapy’ lost her mind and created a bunch of fake Instagram accounts to attempt to fight me. One of her big arguments was that all Americans were all taking amphetamine diet pills. And that’s why Americans weren’t overweight or obese. I pointed out that more Americans take prescription amphetamines now, than took them in the 1950s-1960s. And Americans continue to get even fatter. So many Americans take Adderall now, that there has been a huge shortage of it. The Australian finally took her post down when I mentioned that I had screenshots of all of the nasty things she said to me. And that Instagram would be looking into the suspicious accounts that defended her and lashed out of me.

Ive been so skinny for so long...the question occurred to me that possible theres possibly something wrong with me....cancer, thyroid issue, parasites from travelling or something impeding gaining weight. After calculating the caloric intake I need a day, then calculating the calories I eat from having 3 full home cooked healthy meals + the second dinner I usually eat, plus fruit for snacks, I barely consume the calories to maintain my weight. I added the calories of 3 sodas, 3 treat snacks and a desert and it almost doubles the caloric amount from 2000 to 3500+. Id never cared about calories or my weight, but after figuring this out, its no doubt so many are so obese....the junk so many eat is so fattening it takes little effort. Ive friends that over the last decade that have grown from 200 to 300-400 lbs and just keep growing yet cannot comprehend how they keep growing and just keep shoving the ho hos and sodas down...then ask me what my secret is when they see me. Ya, I get that, but our habits and diets directly affect our metabolism, and our metabolism doesnt just speed up or slow down randomly or suddenly without a serious health condition. Im not lucky in the least! Ive put a lot of effort into learning to eat well, and what to avoid, I dont make excuses, I have discipline, and I avoid Drs and their drugs at all cost....most of which I blame on a healthy diet that doesnt make me sick and cause a need medical care. Its not calories that slow the metabolism, unless maybe its an extreme excess of calories, but its whats in the food people eat that slows down metabolisms Sugary Beverages and sodas white bread, pasta, and refined grains. alcohol consumption. high-fructose corn syrup, trans fats, veggi, canola, soybean oil. pesticide-laden fruits and vegetables. excessive coffee intake, many of the additives, preservatives, stabilizers in food, pharmaceutical and recreational drugs. All those things slow down metabolisms, so can we really blame if we have a slow or fast metabolism on "food",when theres so many direct correlations? When people say its their genetics that make them obese, couldnt it be that families have similiar eating habits, and that after generations of similar lifestyles ,habits and diets,, that those habits and choices that are repeated for generations are responsible. 100 years ago, when people werent exposed to the number on unnatural products and contaminants, and didnt have grocery stores nearby full of the things I listed earlier that slow down metabolisms, an extremely tiny number of people were overweight. Programs through the 60s kept young men in america looking like what wed see as athletic and fit. Just in the last 25 years, obesity rates have skyrocketed to where 3/4 of americans are overweight and 1/3 obese. Does it not seem as though its all about choices and contamination rather than genetics and an unmolested and destroyed metabolism? @@BodyByBenSLC

It's amazing the usda/corp combo not only created and promoted hyper addictive fattening poison food, but then made several generations of people literally believe in a psuedo-religion that holds them into their addiction.

Best advice is to know that eating has two aspects “caloric and nutritional” they are totally separate. Caloric only determines weight and nutritional determines health. If your daily maintenance level of calories is 2000 and you ate 2000 cal in table sugar, you will not gain weight but your health will suffer because you’re getting no nutrients.

Wait, all joking aside, I've never seen a rollercoaster ride with those kind of seats that do those moves, do we have that specific type in America? Like at dorney park, hershey park, six flags, playland ???

"The Japanese aren't fat." You mean the people who literally invented sumo wrestling? The sport where fatness is a skill.
@seitenryu68449 ай бұрын
That's a chosen physique, but sumo isn't just about fatness. If you visit Japan, you'll see the vast majority of people are healthy weight, maybe slightly underweight for women. The difference between the USA is noticeable.

For them it’s so hard to get that huge, that’s why it’s so impressive there. Also the fattest ones aren’t the best ones, a lot of them look like modern day offensive lineman.
