There was an aftershow on that "BIKES" Scared Straight episode. They talked to all of those "contestants" and it turned out that only one guy became a criminal. The guy without an eye, who's inside of his pocket was tugged on, was free and he met all of those people as adults + one other guy visited the black guy who turned into criminal. They also show pictures of all the inmates and Danny Glover (who does the intro+adult stuff) says what happened to them.
