Donovan Gallagher so, it’s not pretty but it is fairly simple. So after my injury through rehabilitation I had to train my body to go at the same time each day (mornings) the nurses do it first but then you eventually have to do it, which is putting on a rubber glove using lubrication and using my pointer finger to do what they call a dig stim short for digit stimulation to get the rectum to move a bit and you sometimes gotta hook the turd with your finger, and some folks gotta use a suppository I don’t though, it’s totally fucked up huh?! But since my injury it’s not the same, I now never shit the same amount or frequency, it’s way way slower now, painful too. sometimes they just come out on their own, and you don’t know it until you smell it. Diarrhea is the ultimate hell, you basically can’t leave your shitter. I hope this paints a nice brown picture for ya lol

Before football practice back in high school, a friend of mine yelled from the restroom to check this out. He pooped one rope that wrapped around the inside of the bowl twice and poked out of the water about two inches. The other impressive thing was that it was a no wiper. Most people's system REQUIRES that type of schedule and if if that regular system breaks even for a day they will at least feel uncomfortable, but there's people out there where their body adjusts to an irregular schedule. I can speak from experience I myself only go to the toilet once a week aswell, in fact always on Sunday believe it or not, it's like clockwork, it has even become an inside joke among family and friends, it was always like that even when I was a kid, in fact back then it was a very serious issue, i used to get sick cause sometimes it woul be two weeks without going, I would legitemely become sluggish and get fevers and would have to resort to laxatives to force it out so I wouldn't die from blood poisoning, but eventually my body just found the balance and since then I have had zero problems related to it, and doctors have always said that if that's the system my body has decided on, and since it's not making me either sick and my blood is not actively being poisoned, then there's nothing to fix, I'm quite healthy and in good shape so whatever. Having that said I can't understand how this guy says so much fast food an still works on a ano week or more schedule, cause in the rare time where I see myself going to the to the toilet more than once a week, is because I have eaten too much plastic food.
