First comes to preventive and stop the spread which gives plenty of time to find the fight. Is like a war you set up base stations and barricades. Then send out troops to fight and eliminate threats. Same was for COVID-19. In the beginning everyone was trying to find the fight. When instead was to prevent. Is the reason we all went locked up to buy time. while researchers calm their ases down. Said those who are hospitalized is already advanced why not start to prevent being hospitalized. It become successful. There is covid cases because they believe on myths, the IF. Those who are vaccinated get sick but don't reach being hospitalized. If next year they announced getting another booster. I will. I rather be safe. My father was hospitalized but thank God he came out alive. He told me everything what he saw and felt. He is afraid to step in any hospital. He doesn't want to experience that again. You feel, see life and death. So much traffic the only thing you have left believe on doctors and God. There is no vaccine at that moment is all about vitamins being injected. He was out in 3 months. Then he was on doctors visit every month. Then to every 3 months. Then to 4 months. He recovered his lungs, didn't need transplant. Which we were all worried. A miracle his lungs start to heal just scars but they are slowly vanishing. Doctors kept taking x-rays. He does have the vaccine to prevent.

And they can't use a protein based traditional vaccine approach when it's safer and old school technology than other types of vaccines? They did this with Novavax for covid and it's protein based over MRNA with Pfizer and Moderna

Protein based vaccines are not safer at all. Risk of side effects are smaller and efficacy is larger with mRNA vaccines. Don't buy into non scientific nonsense.

@@DutchmanAmsterdam I've taken protein based vaccines my whole life. 27 vaccines of protein based to be exacr. Difference between small and severe side effects. MRNA vaccines were never used until this pandemic even though the technology already existed for decades. And also Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine uses a piece of the protein as a nanoparticle from the virus but not the actual virus itself. Then your immune system recognizes it and fights it off triggering an immune response. So its safer and less likely to harm you plus Myocarditis is greater chances in MRNA than Protein vaccines. Plus the heart attacks and such were linked to MRNA more. Especially blood cots with vector vaccines such as J&J and Astrazeneca. Novavax has a efficacy rate of 90% and doesn't even require a booster. Just two shots and it's highly effective with Omicron and other variants. Plus the side effects are hardly minimal than MRNA and Vector vaccines which have worse side effects despite better efficacy. Pick your poison. Also Novavax had over 30K people in their three phase clinical trials. Which most were fine.

MRNA vaccines are not considered less safe because of their technology. They have been testing the technology for decades and have already been using it in some cancer treatments for decades. They also already had safe and tested mRNA vaccines for other viruses years ago we didn’t end up needing. But as far as protein-based vaccines here, he explained that they have already been trying out HIV vaccines using other technology for decades and none have worked; they needed a different approach
