Thank you for all your videos & expertise. I learned everything I need to know on how to make candy apples & Carmel apples from you. I just had a question. Some ppl say not to dip all the way to the top bc the candy cracks & falls off the apple. I made some candy apples for my brother in law’s bday & when he cut into the apple the candy fell off. Is it bc I covered the apples all the way & didn’t leave a part of the green showing, is there a way to prevent the candy from falling off? That was a first time that happened for me.

You can add the flavor at 250° or you can add it at the end and you need between 2 to 4 drops to a full mixture. Normally I add half of the bottle with some flavors I don’t add the full bottle because the flavors are very strong.
