6 oz grapefruit soda
Pinch of salt or salted rim
Garnish with entire grapefruit
Non classic Paloma
2 oz tequila
2 oz grapefruit juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Wedge of lime squeezed
¼ oz simple syrup or agave
Pinch of salt or salted rim
Soda water to taste
Whiskey Sour
2 oz Bourbon
¾ - 1 oz lemon juice
½ oz simply syrup
½ oz egg white optional
Shake without ice
Add ice and pelvic thrust to techno music
Pour over big ass ie cube and stir for no reason
garnish with a basket of lemons
Bees Knees
2 oz gin
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
shake with ice
garnish with live bees

It's called Cobbler shaker and has an unusual "urnlike" shape to accommodate a built-in strainer. Most bartenders use a Boston shaker because they're easier to clean on a busy night, so Cobblers are less recognizable.

Tip from a bartender: to get more foam on any sour, DON'T put MORE EGGWHITE in it. Don't shake it dry, shake it with more ice and SHAKE IT much HARDER. Strain it and don't garnish with an icecube, it dilutes the drink more.

It depends on the cocktail and the flavour profile you're going for, but in a restaurant i used to work at we used to use a bit of vanilla milkshake powder instead of eggwhite to get it smoother without faffing about with an egg. Worked alright for sweet stuff like amaretto sours
